Abstract: Based on the investigation of 5 directors and front-line social workers in different social service agencies, this article re-vealed the main conflicts between professional social work education and social service agencies. Then, this article also analyzed the causes of the conflicts, and gave some coordination strategies: in accordance with the needs of the community, institute local social work training program; taking internship base as a platform, universities and service agencies build a investment-partner-ship, and promote the specialization and professionalization of social work.
