Abstract: Sao type's Fu and Han Fu are the two most important forms of Fu literature in the Han Dynasty. At the same time, in the long historical development of the Han Dynasty, the poem of Fu of Sao and Fu and the poem of Yuefu five-character poem interacted with each other, forming the Sao type's Fu and Han Fu. The Sao type's Fu removed the ritual meanings, and inherited Chu Ci's grief feelings in order to mourn Qu Yuan and express personal underappreciated and ungraceful sadness mainly. In the history of literary development for the first time the combination of Fu and Taoist was showed.
