On the Legal Aspects of Administrative Monopoly

摘要: 当前我国存在的垄断现象，主要是行政垄断。从实践中看，行政垄断已经成为市场经济发展的主要障碍，引起了社会各界的普遍重视和广泛关注。文章从基本概念出发，对行政垄断的相关问题进行了初步的研究和探讨。Abstract: At present there exist monopolistic phenomena in China, mainly in the form of administrative monopoly. Administrative monopoly has become a major obstacle to economic development, and has drawn wide concern from various circles. This article starts from the explanation of basic concepts and concentrates on the study of relative issues of administrative monopoly.
