摘要: 中国广大农村的社会保障制度建设严重滞后,成为推动我国现代化建设和农村市场化改革的瓶颈性障碍。建立有中国特色的农村社会保障制度是当前中国的一个既现实又紧迫的问题,我们要在进一步强化认识的基础上落实各项具体措施。Abstract: The social security system in the vast Chinese rural areas,lagging far behind, is a bottleneck in the carse of our modernization construction and marketward reformation in the rural aress. So ifs an imperative issue to establish social security system with Chinese chacteristics.
