摘要: 文章回顾和分析蔡元培先生的“扶植社团”思想,以及他在北京大学生动具体的实践,认为对于高等学校在实施素质教育的过程中加强学生社团工作具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract: We are able to see the special significance in tracing back 80 years and deliberating Mr.Cai Yuan-pei's thought of fostering student organization and his vigorous practice in Beijing University so as to strengthen the student organization in carrying out the quality education of China's universities.
