Abstract: To seek out the reasons for people's lack of creativity, and to think about the influence of national culture and traditional education to the forming and development of creativity are necessary for national rejuvenation. This paper holds that: the decline of Chinese people's creativity has nothing to do with the race; traditional culture, education and its open degree are directly related to creativity; the multi-culture fusion, open education and education scientificization are effective ways in cultivating people's creativity.
