摘要: 稳定可以分为真稳定与假稳定。历来,中央权威都被认为是维护稳定的可靠外壳,而在当今却与稳定产生了悖论。这不得不让人们重新探索稳定之路。

Abstract: Stability can be divided into real stability and false stability. The central authorities have always been considered as the reliable outer cover safeguarding stability. But nowadays with the paradox producing,people have to explore a new way of stability.
