Abstract: This article aims to compare China，Japan and Korea's high-tech products export competitiveness to the USA，and discuss these three countries'the competitive advantage of high-tech exports，the problems faced and solutions proposed in hightech products export.It analyzes the situation，and the high-tech products export competitiveness index of China，Japan and South Korea in the USA market，uses panel data varying coefficient models for quantitative analysis of the high-tech products export competitiveness factors of China，Japan and South Korea in the USA market，and puts forward suggestions to improve the competitiveness of China's high-tech exports in the USA market.
