Abstract: Seeing from the trend of social development, the relationship between State and Society will be changed, that is, from the former national dominative mode to social cooperative mode. During the cooperation and interaction between government and society, the government gradually transfers its power to society, which will make social power expend and social autonomy ability strengthen. Thus, under the collaborationism mode, a new type of relationship between State and society will be created, which will bring about sustained, stable and coordinated development of Chinese society. This article has carried on the deep discussion concerning how to realize the fine interaction between Government and Society, how to achieve the fine management and then finally create a coordinated society.
