Comment on LIU Shao-qi's Opinion about Taking Advantage of Capitalism

摘要: 建国前后,刘少奇提出了利用和发展私营经济,以推动国家经济建设的思想。在如何正确认识和对待剥削,私人资本在新民主主义经济中的地位与作用等问题上阐明了一系列颇有见地的看法。同时较为全面、系统地提出了新中国的经济建设方针和构建多种经济成分并存的所有制结构的设想,从而极大地丰富和发展了毛泽东的新民主主义理论。Abstract: Before the founding of the People's Republic of China, LIU Shao-qi put forward the idea about taking advantage of capitalism to speed up the development of our country. He expounded many new opinions on exploitation and the impact of private enterprise, and put forward the policy about the economic development of New China. LIU Shao-qi's ideas developed the theory about the new democratic society.
