Discussion on the International Tendency and Localization Strategy of Social Work Professional Education

摘要: 自20世纪80年代恢复重建以来,我国社会工作专业教育在量的方面取得重大成绩的同时,更面临着各方面的质落后于量的困境。在国际社会工作专业教育越来越强调行动和反思性的教育理念,强调课程基本标准、文化特色以及国际性发展相互融合,强调教育者集教育、研究以及社会服务为一体的趋势下,我国社会工作专业教育应该更加注重以人为本,明确社会工作教育的理念;完善社会工作专业教育体系,配备合格教育者队伍;规范课程设置,完善社会工作的课堂教育、价值教育以及实习教育;丰富社会工作专业教学平台与方法,提升教学效果。Abstract: Since the reconstruction in the 1980s,Chinese social work professional education has made great achievements in quantity development,while it also faces the situation that its quality falls far behind quantity.Under the tendency of the international social work professional education which emphasizes the education theory of action and reflection,emphasizes the basic standard of curriculum,its cultural characteristics as well as integration with international development,Chinese social work professional education should pay more attention to "people orientation",specify the concept of social work education,perfect the professional education system,equip qualified teaching staff,standardize curriculum,enrich professonal teaching platform and method,and improve teaching effect.
