Abstract: Since the reform of state-owned enterprises, there were a lot of attention and assistance on "4050" people, but a little on the relatively young second generation of state-owned enterprise workers. They have been in a huge dilemma in the transformation, especially in the sense of organizational belonging and emotional awareness and other aspects of serious deviation.According to the academic context of state-owned enterprise workers' research and a large number of data and interviews in field survey, this paper believes that we should start from the perspective of daily life, analyze their objective employment and living conditions, social reputation and status and subjective consciousness, find out the factors that really change, and clarify the root causes of their predicament. On the basis of this, we should give the relevant preferential policies, encourage them to change the old and fixed thinking mode, provide targeted assistance, and find the path to solve the problems in the development and upgrading of emerging industries.
