摘要: 通过农村土地三类集体所有制的利弊分析,文章提出应推倒现行的“三级所有,村民小组为基础”金字塔式的土地集体所有制等级结构模式,建立内涵丰富的“村民小组为基础,三级所有”平等的土地集体所有制结构新模式。

Abstract: By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages on three sorts of collective ownerships of rural land, this article suggests to overturn the current grading structive pattern for collective ownership of rural land, that is a pyramid-like "three-grades owned, villagers-groups based" pattern; and instead, build a new "villagers-groups based, three-grades owned" equal structive pattern with rich connotations. -
