Localization of Systemic Functional Linguistics: Review on Applied Studies at the 21st Symposium on Functional Linguistics and Discourse Analysis

摘要: 文章介绍了2017年11月1日至2日在北京外国语大学召开的第21届功能语言学与语篇分析论坛的应用研究。八位主旨发言专家立足于语篇分析、语言教学或翻译研究等不同领域,探讨了功能语言学的适用性。本次论坛的召开推动了功能语言学的本土化发展,为中国学者解决汉语问题提供了研究范式。Abstract: This paper gives a brief introduction to applied studies at the 21st Symposium on Functional Linguistics and Discourse Analysis held in Beijing Foreign Studies University from Nov. 1 to Nov. 2, 2017. In the forum, eight keynote speakers discuss how Functional Linguistics is applied to discourse analysis, language teaching and translation studies. Their studies promote the development of localization of Functional Linguistics, and provide paradigms for solving issues on Chinese research.
