摘要: 高校科研经费的管理直接关系到科研经费的安全和效益，关系到我国科研水平和科研竞争力。文章针对我国高校科研管理中存在的问题，从科研经费管理的指导思想、科研经费管理制度、科研经费管理运行机制几个方面提出了规范和加强高校科研经费管理的措施。Abstract: Management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities is directly related to the security and efficiency of scientific research funds, to the level and competitive power of scientific research in China.In view of the problems existing in the scientific research management, this paper put forward some countermeasures from the aspects of its guiding ideology, management system, and operating mechanism.
