摘要: 绩效评价与激励机制是现代企业制度的核心内容之一,是现代企业提升竞争能力的基础。绩效评价与激励机制存在着十分紧密的联系,绩效出激励、激励促绩效。构建以经济增加值为核心的绩效评价系统,以经营者股权激励为主要方式的激励机制,是整合企业绩效评价与激励机制的有效途径。Abstract: Performance evaluation and stimulation mechanism are the core of modern enterprise system, and the basis for enterpeises to improve their competitive ability. The relation between performance evaluation and stimulation mechanism is close performance results in stimulation and stimulation promotes performance.
