摘要: 彼得一世的近代化改革是以3000多条立法为框架和基础的。这些立法规制了俄国的政治、军事、民事和刑罚,促进了俄国社会从封闭走向开放,为俄国法律的近代化创造了条件。Abstract: The modernization reform of Peter the Great was based on more than 3000 regulations,all of which regulated the politics,military, civil affairs, and criminal laws in Russia.They also helped the Russian society to transfer from close to open,and prepared for modernzation of the Russian laws.
