Abstract: There are obvious differences in special higher educational resource allocation in different regions of China for the different conditions.This paper mainly compares the campus building areas per capita, per fixed assets and pupil-teacher ratio during 2006-2010 in the subordinate universities of the Ministry by the difference measuring instruments of range, range ratio, standard deviation and variance coefficient.It can be found that the differences of the campus building areas per capita and per fixed assets are all becoming reduced between provinces, cities and regions, while the differences of the pupil-teacher ratio is becoming increased between provinces, cities and regions.
